wonderful stuff
This product is wonderful. We have dogs and cats, so we use a lot of this stuff. It's also good for getting spots out of clothes.

Not a good product
In my opinion, it does not work. Not as a cleaner, nor pre-spray

Folex bottle caps came loose during shipment. No longer have a plastic seal to secure the cap.
Shipment was returned twice because bottles started leaking in transit, and the third time the box arrived with two bottles leaking due to the cap coming loose.

Easy to use and works great
The first time I found out about this product was at Lowe’s or Home Depot......can’t remember which. Worked great on pet messes and messes in general. I even spray on stains on clothes and table placements. Great all purposes cleaner.

Great Product: Quick Blood Stain Removal
Worked really fast on a 3 day old blood stain on my bathroom rug. It disappeared like MAGIC! I highly recommend this product.

Had all but given up then I tried this marvelous product.
Could not find anything else to take several spots out of my carpet. Sprayed product liberally on spots, rubbed in with cloth. ran carpet shampoos machine for a water rinse to remove residue, and did a final dry by placing a towel over the damp areal and stepping on the towel to remove most of the remaining moisture. Was apprehensive at first; but, it worked. The spots are totally gone.
