For me didnt work, i saw many reviews where people was saying is so conformable, i try to use in many ways and tried to get adapted but is too big, i though was easier, very uncomfortable, at least for me

Fits really well after molding and helps alot with snoring

My Husband's snoring has really increased over the past few years. Both our sleep quality has really suffered due to it. I had looked at the snoring mouthpieces for a while now, and decided upon the Bright Guard 2.0 due to it's simplicity and price. I will say I was skeptical that it would help us, but anything was worth a shot! First thoughts out of the package left me with only one CON - the "upper," "lower," and adjustment markings seemed very faint and hard to read. Other than that, the fitting process was straight forward, just leave it in the factory shipped position and form to your mouth. Because it had arrived late in the afternoon, my husband did not have time to practice wear it, as the instructions say to do. He simply fit it to his mouth, left it in the factory position for the first night and off to bed we went. FIRST NIGHT- both of us were skeptical. He said it felt a little bulky in his mouth but didn't feel horrible to wear. He did apply balm to his lips, as this was something other reviewers had mentioned helped with using the device. He is blessed to instantly fall asleep on any night, and this wearing this device did not seem to alter that. Within about 10 minutes he was sound asleep and breathing EVENLY, QUIETLY and PEACEFULLY. I eventually drifted off to sleep, wondering if the "calm" would stay or I'd be jarred awake by the midnight chainsaw breathing. I did awaken once during the night, it was so abnormally quiet. A part of my panicked thinking something had to be wrong, or he had left the room like other nights when the snoring had become so bad it woke him up as well. I was so happy to turn over and see he was blissfully sleeping in the same position he fell asleep in and his breathing was even and quiet. FIRST MORNING - Husband reported jaw was a little sensitive, but he was expecting it to. Said he hadn't woken up feeling so rested in YEARS! He never moved, tossed or turned once during the night. FOLLOWING DAYS - Husband still wearing religiously and jaw tenderness subsided after a few days. After a few nights at the factory setting, his breathing sounds did elevate some, so we adjusted the bottom plate forward to the 1mm mark. After this adjustment he is perfectly quiet again. We did anticipate this happening from reading other reviews. He also picked up a denture bath and tabs to give the mouthpiece a very good cleaning during the week, in addition to daily cleanings. We are both thrilled with this mouthpiece and I will be ordering a second one soon, as they only last about 6 months per manufacturer's recommendation.

Despues de probar miles de diferentes dispositivos para dejar de roncar, este es es el unico que mejor ha funcionado. No voy a metir, los primeros dias fue doloroso, amanecia con los dientes un poco adoloridos y me preocupaba que me deformara la dentadura, pero definitivamente los ronquidos disminuyeron un 90%, descanso mejor y ya no me duele la garganta. Despues de más de un año de usarlos puedo decir que el dolor matutino de los dientes se quito y no se me deformo la mordida. Este es el segundo par que pido pues los anteriores se hicieron amarillos despues del año de uso. fue muy facil moldearlos tambien.

Its not working with my teeth and causing discomfort.

Very well made; solid construction. This is my second unit after discovering that I had to reverse (upper portion on bottom when moulding) to accommodate my slight overbite. Little larger than I would like but still relatively comfortable and, most importantly, completely stops me from grinding my teeth. Can be separated for use solely on upper or lower positions. Versatile design.

Realmente fueron muchas mis expectativas, pero definitivamente este artefacto no soluciona el problema del ronquido y es muy incómodo
