Does this vest have 2 layers (double thickness) in the chest area?

Are theses garments washable? Do they shrink?

Yes you can wash them. I machine wash them in either 30 or 40 degrees, usually on the “delicate” but have also washed them in the normal cotton cycle. No shrinking or any signs of wear. I use them for the last year and absolutely love them.

I followed the size chart and ordered an xl, i can feel it helping my back but suspect that a large would be better as this xl slipped on quite easily
