Q: I’ve had the pillow for 1 week now and it still smells. Not a normal smell, is this common with this pillow ?

I have just received this pillow and the smell is really horrible, it have now washed the cover, the pillow out in my back garden trying to get rid of the smell for the last 24 hours and its still shocking, not possible to use this pillow with a really horrible smell. not at all pleased with this pillow and would not recommend

Q: How do I wash this, my cat was sick on it and the page says not machine washable?

Check if your local laundrette have any machines that will take 15lb loads. If not it was recommended to me to hand wash in the bath and line dry it.

Q: Could I use my normal duvet cover on this

It is very heavy and I don’t think a cover would stay in the right place. You would be adjusting it all the time.
