UPDATE:~ I ordered 4 more of these pillows & I'm really, very disappointed! They are nothing like the one I bought originally. These ones smell awful {even after being aired out for months}. My whole house has a horrible musky smell from them & they are hard, like big bricks! Best pillow I've ever had. Don't get to hot & it springs back to its original shape, unlike other pillows that go flat. I definitely recommend this pillow.

This pillow has little to no support, the cooling channels do seem to give a little relief from heat but the lack of support is hurting my neck and apparently I’ve been snoring since using this also.

I had high hopes for this, but once it was unfurled from the small box, it was clear that it was a poorly made product - with a huge bulge at one end. Now that I've read other reviews, I can see this is a common issue and I wish I'd read these first as I'd have stayed away from this one. Due to the uneven shape, the pillow is entirely unsuitable for sleeping and offers no support at all, being significantly thinner than the 15cm claimed in the listing - it is closer to 10cm. It also stinks of a chemical compound that irritates the nose. A great pity that zero stars are not an option - as this pillow deserves a zero rating. Returned.

This first day I got this pillow I expected it expand more than it did but it didn’t. The first night I had a really good sleep and didn’t wake up with pain the next day but every night since I’ve found the pillow being less support and feeling more sunken. The pillow is extremely soft and doesn’t offer enough support at all. The second night and since I woke with the same horrible neck pain as before so hasn’t helped me at all except for one night but can’t return it as I’ve used it.

Came in a tiny box so I expected it to be folded, what I wasn’t expecting is for it to still resemble a quaver almost a week on. The shape has not changed at all, the foam inside is much smaller than the cover it comes in and as you can see from the image, it did not find its shape or expand at all even after almost a week. Return requested and will be asking for a full refund. What a waste of time and money.

This pillow is more than firm. I woke up with neck pain for a week before I gave it to my daughter. She lasted for two weeks and then gave up. The material is good but the foam is way too stiff. Would not recommend

Didn't keep me cool at all. Have stopped using it. Did support the neck well but I bought for the purpose of keeping me cool. Which it didn't...

The pillow is too thick to sleep with. I just find it very uncomfortable to sleep overnight therefore I took back my old lovely ergonomic pillow of mine and sleep on it. I am sorry but I have to return it back. I bought a new one instead. Not recommended this pillow. Cheers!

Very stiff and high. It’s like sleeping on bricks!

Oreiller usagé (sale) envoyé sans son emballage d'origine. Le sac dans lequel il était emballé contenait des traces de déchets. Absolument dégoûtant !
