Amazing, witty, and entertaining!
I love the disc world series so much but this is an ultimate favorite; worth reading more than once!

One of my favourites
The first Pratchett I ever read. Bought at an airport to help pass a long haul flight... finished before I landed and been a fan ever since.This is one of my absolute favourites, re-read so many times. I need to read it again but as soon as it arrived I loaned it to a friend. Hmmm not my brightest idea

Brilliantly written
A magical read! At times I felt J.K.Rowling has taken a very heavy influence from this book for writing Harry Potter.Also ,Granny weatherweax's character was so good.

I loved it!
This was my first book in the Discworld series, chosen almost at random... and now I am hooked! I can't wait to read more about Granny Weatherwax! The book is funny in a clever, British-humor kind of way, with nicely drawn characters and locations, very funny exchanges between some of the wizards and Granny :-D I really enjoyed it!
