These are basically split mini chickpeas without skins. I soak them for an hour or so and cook in the Instant Pot for 12 minutes and make the creamiest, most delicious hummus without having to remove skin from regular chickpeas.

My package arrived well packed and well sealed. The split chickpeas were in great condition - not broken. I've cooked twice with them and they cook up nicely. Very flavorful and not super dried out (old). Will purchase again.

These lentils are clean and taste great. I use them frequently in my Indian food recipes, and they are delicious.

It's not uncommon to find bits of rock or other inedible things in a bag of dry beans, but this bag was all split chickpeas, nothing else. They are tasty and versatile. I've made several kinds of soup and curries and even pancakes from them.

I don’t like to shell chickpeas to make hummus. This works great.
