The mat arrived timely and the quality was what I was hoping. I have knees that hurt when using most mats, but this one was thick enough that I didn't need a second mat. In addition, my hands tend to slip on other mats as I start sweating and that was not the case with this one.

Ce tapis a l'avantage principal de ne pas glisser. Il est en caoutchouc naturel et je pense que c'est grâce à cette matière qu'il est à la fois confortable et anti dérapant. Pour les poses d'équilibre il n'est pas trop épais et reste bien ferme. En outre, il est sobre et se range facilement. Il est fait pour rester à la maison (assez lourd, et pas de sac de rangement). Je le nettoie à l'eau. Je le trouve vraiment génial, et je ne peux plus m'en passer! Le petit plus serait d'y ajouter un sac de rangement.

This mat is very heavy and rubbery, originally I didn't like its weight and feel. However, after doing yoga on it for 3 months now about 2-4 times a week, I cannot imagine how I had managed without it. It has a different texture from most yoga mats, way more grippy. I hardly ever slip, only when super sweaty during hot yoga, and I hardly ever need additional padding for my knees anymore, even though they are bony. There are thicker mats on the market, yet this one somehow does the cushioning job without being super thick, perhaps due to its superb density. Another thing I love about it is length: I no longer run out of mat while doing various poses. Highly recommend it!
