How does this powder smell?

It’s hard to describe, not a bad smell, it doesn’t last for long.

Does this have aluminum

It does not list aluminum as one of its active or inactive ingredients, so I think the answer is No aluminum.

What is the main difference between this and the original medicated powder and is the extra strength really better?

The original had talcum powder.

Will this help prevent jock itch between legs and under fat folds?

Might be careful between the legs as the menthol may be irritating but under folds it does indeed work. Just put some on after a drying off from a shower.
