Great heating pad! After hurting my back from a fall, I don’t get much relief. But this heating pad really helps. It stays warm and being able to wrap it around your waist keeps it there.

This Microwavable heating pad is great. If I want to have heat on my lumbar but I also want to do small chores such as wash the dishes or if I want to lie down on my side this pad works wonderfully. It stays in place and keeps heat for about 45 minutes. It actually keeps heat longer than that but I like the heat to be very warm so 45 minutes is about the amount of time it stays nice an warm for me. It's so soft, is stuffed perfectly making it the perfect for the amount of filling to move to the contours of my body but not so loose that the insides move around and aren't touching my sore area. I've been using these type microwavable pads for several decades now and this brand is my favorite. I highly recommend.

5 star product - This damage was my fault. Pay attention to whether or not the heating pad is turning on the carousel in the microwave while warming it. Sigh. I LOVED this thing. I'm still giving it 5 stars because it worked like a miracle on my lower back and for cramps. Unfortunately, if it stops turning on the carousel in the microwave? It WILL burn up. (You CAN use it in the microwave without a carousel, but you need to manually turn it and I didn't realize that until later.) I saw the photos of the 1-star reviews when I bought mine months ago and chalked them up to user error and figured someone had just nuked it for too long at too much heat. Unfortunately, mine burned through the cloth in less than 2 minutes because it got stuck at some point and wasn't turning. When it's spinning on the carousel? 2 minutes delivers perfect warmth every time. I still rate this a 5 star product, just pay attention and you won't be sad like I am now.

I've been using home made tube socks filled with rice which work perfectly fine for years however I wanted to have wider coverage of my back etc which I don't get from the roll type sock. I should have gotten this item long ago... Some key notes are the velcro allows for tighter positioning anywhere like a knee or elbow and simply being able to walk around while wearing it is a game changer. It holds the heat for a very generous long amount of time and the material is quite comfy. It is double sided which is a thoughtful feature for winter time or summer use. I would have like to be able to have a cover that comes off to wash but it doesn't though they provide a mesh bag to wash it in, have not done yet. I most likely would soak if sink as a delicate, not in washing machine or dryer. Definitely needs to be microwaved for at least 2 mins, I do 3 and my other micro that is not as strong for 4 mins. I'm used to wearing these daily so it may be too hot for some which you can play with the time duration. Have never tried freezing it and probably won't having separate items for that. Another huge factor is there is a lot of stuffing, it is very well filled unlike many others so you really get a concentrated heat w/even dispersement. This is not cheaply made at all, stitching is strong and overall quality for the price is more than I expected. I use this daily, really researched the different brands and this hit all the marks after experiencing it. Bought all my family one.

When my electric heating pad got recalled, I kept trying to find a new one on Amazon and every time I'd see reviews where people's caught on fire. I'd always thought an electric heating pad would be way more convenient, but scared by the recalls & claims of fires I kept seeing on all of them I decided to try a microwaveable one for the first time. This actually gets really warm, is super soft, and I think the velcro belt format is so smart. I can use it while doing stuff around the house! I wouldn't consider it heavy so I don't find it uncomfortable to have on. So far I've used it on my shoulders, back, and stomach for cramps. And I like that I can heat it up and wear it to bed without having to worry about falling asleep and forgetting to unplug something. The only downside is that you do need to reheat it after a while if you're still in pain. But it stayed warm for longer than I expected honestly.

This works great! There's no strong odor. It's comfortable to wear while moving around. I was able to wear ot at work under my sweater. It even comes with an extender if you need a little more fabric in the waist area. I'm ordering another one for my mom.

Great product design but doesn’t hold the heat like other microwaveable heating pads I’ve used. Not sure why. Comes out very hot, but only lasts about 10 minutes.

unlike other brands, this so far hasnt burnt through in the mw, the warmth and lumbar support both help.

J ai commande ce produit car j ai de très grosses douleurs lombaires et j avais remarqué que sous la douche en faisant couler l eau chaude cela me soulageait ,j ai donc pensé qu avec la ceinture chauffante çà ferait le même effet . Pas du tout trop de plus elle refroidit très vite donc pas le temps de faire l effet escompté
