Does this feather into lip lines?

To be honest I don't pay any attention. I have gone through at least 4 of these things. I like it because it stays on and I don't have to mess with lipstick for hours. You probably could use lip liner if you found it to be a problem. I have loads of lip wrinkles from being a heavy smoker in the 70's plus I'm 73 but never noticed it bleeding into the lines.

I was sent eyeliner instead of my lipstick. Need to return.

I would refer to the return policy on the product you purchased.

What are the ingredients? please don't answer with "idk."
