I should’ve bought this first!!!
Why didn’t buy this product instead of tire dressings and gels? Yes, it’s a bit pricey but I spent more with the traditional products that didn’t have the durability and shine I was looking for. All I got was disappointments. Prep is key! I cleaned the tires with Super Clean Degreaser until all traces of old tire dressings, dirt, etc are removed. You can choose the level of shine you are looking for. From a clean tire appearance, satin finish to a “glazed holiday ham” look! I chose a step below the extreme gloss. I have 2 cars with 215/55 R17 and 235/65 R18. It took about 5 coats for the finish I wanted. You don’t need a lot of product. No need to have the applicator pad soaking wet. I start with 1 coat on the first tire. By the time I finish the fourth, the first tire is ready for another coat. I repeat the process until the desired shine. I still have lots of product left! I bet I can do a small rental fleet of cars! Not sure why the bad reviews? You must thoroughly clean the tires or you’ll have bad results. This product will stain everything! Make sure you have a damp towel on hand if you accidentally smear it on your wheels or any areas you don’t want it on. Wipe it off quickly or it’ll be near permanent stain. I just applied this as of this review. I was going to buy the Gloz product but I’m happy with Blak as a stand alone. I’m hoping it’ll last a long time through the harsh Florida sun and heat. Forecast for rain this week. I like to see if it holds up. Buy with confidence!

Great product!
You see a lot of gimmicks out there nowadays. It makes you question the legitimacy of almost everything you see and read. To be honest, I questioned this stuff and as soon as I placed the order I thought, these suckers got me. Thankfully, it wasn't a gimmick and it actually worked amazingly. Using it on tires was one thing that didn't make me wonder, but I used it on my wheel flares on the camper and on the running boards of our 2015 GMC... Dang! It legit turned back time. Both were extremely faded. The GMC was almost white it was so faded. The pics probably don't do it justice but made a huge difference. I did 2 coats and am very happy with the results. Strongly recommend! The biggest intimidator was how to apply it. From the manufacturers advice to all the YouTube how-to videos, it makes you rethink life. After several weeks of wanting to use it but not wanting to do it wrong, I finally just sent it. After a good cleaning, I just used the brush to apply it and the wet brush to wipe off areas I didn't want it. Pretty much that simple. I read somewhere that 1 kit will do a mid sized set of truck tires, so I got another kit with having a 1 ton. 1 kit did my truck, camper, and GMC running boards.

Looks good and doesn’t wash off
Seems to be a good semi-permanent solution to faded black trim. Have hand washed the vehicle a couple of times and it is still there and none of the annoying streaks like the carfident product I tried first. Just make sure to quickly wipe off any that gets on the paint. I haven’t tried it on tires.

Not once a year
So far I got the product on 10/11 applied it to my tires and today I reapplied to my tires again. It works really good but not once a year. I should have taken before and after pictures but I didn’t. My tires still looked good but weren’t shinny but looks like brand new tires from last application. I did a light cleaning to the tires so I’m sure some was still left on so like a a coat and half now and they look even better than first time applying this product on. It’s a good product doesn’t come aff after a wash or two and I wash my car a lot at least three times a week. This is a good product but now time will tell with this second coat on how long it will last. And fyi I we did have snow here a couple times and my it did not come off then with the snow and the road chemicals.

Coming from a professional detailer - this stuff is GREAT
I was a professional detailer for a few years, including a very successful online detailing content creator....so I've seen a very fair share of tire dressings and coatings over the years. I recently got a new Tesla and was looking to try something completely new on the tires. I stumbled upon this and couldn't recall ever hearing about it or seeing it in the past. Its cheap, so I bit the bullet and ordered. Let me just say - this stuff is an absolute DREAM to work with and apply. I really appreciate how this company isn't all about gimmicky packaging or marketing - they are straight to the point and simple packaging. This stuff goes on tires so easily, dries fast and layers wonderfully. As far as total longevity I can start out by saying this is more durable than the average tire shine, and will not sling all over the vehicle which is a huge plus. Many DIY detailers tend to overapply tire products that will sling all over the paint when driving, but not this one. It dries very well onto the surface. Turns into a low-medium dark black shine. You can use this on trim as well but I've only used on tires. I'm very invested in this brand now and will continue to purchase this. Stop hesitating and just order it.

Gloss doesn’t last long. Discolors.
If you’re looking at this, you’re prob looking for a long lasting tire dressing. I am obsessed with my tire and have used many many brands. Everything from blackfire to carpro perl to cheap ones from Walmart. The first thing you need to know is this product is a black dye. Is it basically a black paint that you brush on your tire. If you are not careful in applying it, you will be painting your rims. This it is recommended that you mask the rim. Always clean your tires very well before you apply any tire dressing. I first use ADAMs and then PS tire cleaner. Both at full strength. Longevity: at first, I had a very nice shine. These were used on my 2017 4runner. It does go on even and levels itself out relatively well. It has a semi gloss sheen. It was good for about 1 month before the coating started wearing off. I put roughly 5k miles a month so the acceleration of “wear” is significantly higher with me. However, it doesn’t wear evenly and now there are some spots on the side wall that is purely rubber and some parts are still coated. And if you off road your tires, they will get dirty and brown real fast. I’m fact, the coating will discolor, especially in this Texas summer heat. The coating that is still on there has turned brown. If I scrape it with my nail, I can get some of it off. See picture. (I scratched a line of it off my side wall). You can see how the coating has been discolored. And this tire had been cleaned with adams + PS prior the picture. Still brown. I will be going back to carpro PERL.

Bet I've found
As a prior professional retailer I stand by this product. I first seen is used in a YouTube video comparing some very well know brands. This is not an oil base that sling up the side of your vehicle. That said I'd does need a day to cure. But once its cured, it STAYS. It also works great on sun bleached please. It can be difficult to apply evenly. Ive used it about seven times now and the best way I've found is to use a throwaway fabric cloth. If you have white leadering on your tires I'd recommend using tape and cut/cover the letters. The product stains very easily. Not for use inside vehicle. Keep off paint or wipe instantly with wet rag.

Handy detailing dye ceramic infused multi-surface solution
This stuff is fantastic, the finish it leaves on tires when you properly prepare them for this treatment with a thorough cleaning is better than any other tire product I have seen. This took a tire that had been scrubbed absolutely clean, washed 3 times using a good tire cleaner, scrubbed with a tire scrub brush, then blasted with a soap foam cannon and scrubbed again with tire scrub brush and added a whole new dimension of depth to the colour and shine. It is also great for improving the appearance of black bedliner, my truck canopy is painted with black bedliner and over time it had become faded. I applied this to it using the supplied foam brush and it brought the black bedliner finish back to life. I believe it now looks better than the day the black bedliner was applied to the canopy. I brushed it in very thoroughly and the foam brush was destroyed from the abrasiveness of the bedliner by the end of the application. I would recommend using a foam roller instead of a traditional brush to cover most of the area and save using a traditional foam brush for covering the tight and hard to reach spots as it is better suited for precise application.

Great product, saddlebags look refreshed!
The saddlebags on my 05 Road king look refreshed and nice to have that sheen on them a huge improvement , I’m sure it won’t last a year but that’s fine, I’ll review them in a few months to see how they are holding up. Instructions on the bottle are clear and while it’s runny as stated the finish is good, just have rags and something underneath like cardboard or a tarp.
