Thin and tasty
All three taste really good. The lemon 🍋 taste like lemon without a bad aftertaste. The ginger is so good. Chucks of ginger in a brown butter cookie. The chocolate chips cookie is crisp with melted chunks of chocolate.You wouldn't know these are gluten-free cookies 😋

Where’s the Gluten?
Gluten is certainly not missed in these delicious cookies. I buy them for my daughter who is allergic to gluten but the whole family enjoys the taste and the crisp texture.

I had tried Tates in the past but when I developed a sensitivity to gluten, I tried the GF version. The lemon are fantastic. I haven’t tried the other flavors yet but I’m sure they are equally as tasty.
