This guy s actually a great product and such much less expensive than most brands. I love the chocolate and vanilla. I wasn’t crazy about the strawberry, which is why I only gave it 4 stars, but if you need the protein, it gets the job done!

It is tolerable by itself unless you’re making a smoothie or something else. 30g per serving is plenty and it digests really well in my stomach. I exercise daily and drink 2 of these a day.
