14 inches is monstrous
as the title says this thing is a beast. its a great pan, i have a few other aluminum pans that i love that's why i bought it. just keep in mind that this thing will take up an entire side of burners on a normal sized stove top but it will cook 2.5 pound of ground beef with no problems so if you are cooking in bulk this pan can handle it

Great quality
I got this skillet, washed it, scrubbed it with salt, washed it again, rubbed with oil to get the residue off, and when the towel was clean, I wiped the inside with avocado oil and put it on a low/medium burner until the oil started to harden. Wiped it out, put it back on the flame, added butter, and threw some eggs in. Result was the best scrambled eggs I have eaten at home, ever. Seems to have the knack for cooking at pretty high heat without burning. I am seriously impressed, especially for the price. Wiped out with a clean damp towel to clean - absolutely nothing stuck..... Great value. Seriously impressed.
