Best flour
I have tried so many kinds of flours and even bought sprouted breads. I also tried gluten free. None work with my psoriasis. This flour doesn't make me itch. I eat too much 😊. I love it so much. I make cake, dumplings etc. I mix it with hecker whole wheat. Thank God I found this flour.

This flour is a good quality. I use it for homemade bread, pizza dough, and rolls. Sometimes I mix it with “00” flour for excellent Italian bread.

This was a pretty expensive 5 lbs of flour. Though I know flour is not available readily at this time. Delivery was quick

Great Product
I'm a regular user of King Arthur Flour and this flour is comparable in quality. Great flavor, slightly drier than King Arthur, but just add a little more water. I will buy again..

Such a horrible company!!
Didn't realize was paying $18 per bag BUT that's my own fault. Finding a bag cut with a knife (too clean to be a tear) and not trusting any open food during this covid virus just made me sick to throw so much money away. Not a good time to take advantage of people and I will be letting my friends and family know just as I do with a good review. Don't count me as a future customer
