It works. Not really more energy per se, just don’t feel tired during a long workout. I negative effects. It says 5 capsules, of course that’s adjustable. They’re a little large but manageable. Force Factor is a good brand that gives you the real thing in the right form, I like it.

You need to take five capsules to get the full 3000mg of L-arginine, which feels like a lot at once. It would’ve been much better if each pill was 1000mg instead so that you could take fewer at a time. Other than that, it does what it promises!

These work great and seem to help with my leg pain, also not terribly hard to swallow for me, although they're a bit larger pill so it may be tough for some people because you have to take 5 pills at a time, it would be easier to just take one pill if they could make them stronger for ease of use. The strength could be better to make them easier to use. They're kind of expensive but do work well.

I will give it 5 Starts. It deserves it. The product should be used correctly for results: 5 tablets per day for 3 month.

It is good and effective. However there need to need a stronger version. One pill is effective. I take 2 bills before a workout.
