stable seemingly accurate oven gauge
We have a new electric double oven and purchased this model based on reviews of America's Test Kitchen. Set each oven to 350 and placed the thermometer in the oven. Each time I looked at the thermometer it read 350 on the nose. I used an infrared point and shoot thermometer and it would read between 329 and 360 which I am presuming is due to the oven cycling on and off to maintain the set temp. Overall happy with the oven and the thermometer.

Extremely useful to verify oven temp.
This is an imperative item to have to ensure correct temperature when baking since ovens can differ.
