ATK again to the testing rescue!
It seems to me that we could have thermometers checking our thermometers if we wanted to be really crazy about it! But America's Test Kitchen recommends this one and sure enough, my oven is off too! Electric ovens often are, but with a good thermometer, the home cook can work with more accuracy. This one hangs or can be set on a rack. It's heavy and seems to work well!
