I love this dehumidifier. Its a top quality appliance which is still going strong after 1 year of daily use in my bedroom. It works fast and does it its job. The digital panel lost a bar on the numbers and I contacted Kesnos customer and they responded immediately. There customer service is excellent, and they were diligent in helping resolve the issue, and gave gave me several options to resolve this and I chose a new replacement panel. They also gave me an Amazon gift card! I felt valued as a customer. Win-win, great products and great customer service!

This was the first dehumidifier I bought for my apartment, specifically for the bedroom because of how humid it got even with air conditioning. I LOVED this dehumidifier and I would have kept it if it didn’t stop working. For about 20 days, it worked fantastically. The humidity reading was accurate and would turn on and off according to the humidity in the room. No apps or fancy things needed, just simple dehumidifying. The tank was large enough for my bedroom and needed to be emptied at most twice a day, depending on the humidity outside. But then it just stopped reading the humidity accurately. While my HomePod would say 65%, the dehumidifier would say 32%. Big difference. I had to then run the dehumidifier on high all the time for it to do its job. It just wasn’t efficient anymore. Really sad that I had to return this one. It was a compact and sleek powerhouse. EDIT: Kesnos contacted me about my issues and they were very understanding and took the feedback well. Good customer support and they seem to care about their customers’ feedback.

i am impressed with the size/function of this little dehumidifier - the touch buttons are easy and intuitive - if you are doing to constant defining mode - be SURE to take the little plug out after you unscrew the white cover cap - it’s hard to see the plug and not well advertised - sadly, i cut the length of my drain hose too short (which is 5/8” by the way if you need to replace) and the company quickly responded to my email and offered a replacement hose - i’d def by a second dehumidifier for my other bath/laundry room but be more careful with the hose - it might also benefit from a mini plumbing 🪠 clamp 🗜️ to better secure the hose to the actual dehumidifier - otherwise, it works well

Worked great until it didn't. Bought March 15 2024 and it stopped working June 21, 2024. This dehumidifier ran like a gem. Pulled out about a gallon of water a day and made my house feel so much better. I turned the dehumidifier off and I emptied the water this morning and it would not turn back on. The screen lit up for a moment and it shut down. A little too expensive to buy a new one every three months.

I purchased the Kesnos product because it is a very nice and nicely constructed unit. I found it to be the perfect size for my use. If you have questions regarding the product their Customer Service Dept is easy to contact ( they are in the USA) and respond within 24 hrs. I recommend them.

We've been using this for a month or so. Besides having to empty it frequently it's fantastic. We have an evaporative cooler, so it would get wet and gross in our house. This has kept us incredibly comfortable. Finally, a good product on Amazon! Update: 10/3/24 -- Leaking constantly. 😭 Works great to dehumidify but leaves a puddle. I thought it was only happening because it's full and I hadn't had a chance to empty yet but hope. It's just leaking. Very disappointed.

This dehumidifier was purchased for our basement. We needed a dehumidifier to keep the dampness out and prevent mold. It was on sale and has great reviews so I bought it. It’s not too heavy and has a modern design. Super easy to use. One thing I would change: the tank is too small. I have to empty it once a day. I realize that means it’s working to keep my basement at 47-50% humidity level, but it would be more convenient to have a tank that was bigger. Yes, it does come with a hose! That’s only good if you have a drain available. Bottom line is this: I recommend this product.

I purchased this for our 2300 sq foot home. It pulled a lot of moisture out of the air. However it was not large enough for the whole house. I would definitely suggest it for a smaller house. Simply plug it in and it goes to work. I also purchased the larger 80 pint unit. It was a better fit for our home. It ran last summer. I had a minor issue with the units and the customer service department was ready to step in and get me back up and running

Has been very reliable for the 2 years we have had it with one exception. On random occasions the tank fills even though we have the hose set to bypass the tank and go into the sump hole. This means it has to be manually emptied and checked more regularly than I would like.
