I got this foundation at my wife’s request, so naturally I asked for her input on this review. Here are her thoughts: I got this foundation in ‘warm sun’. I went with maybelline because of their good reputation and felt as thought it would be a ‘safe’ purchase. And I was right. The coverage is fantastic, easy and smooth to apply and lasts all day. Once on, the feel of this foundation on the skin is lovely and silky. The foundation states that it lasts 30hrs-I can’t confirm or deny this because I haven’t tested it out for that length of time. However, it does stay on all day and keeps coverage well. I have 3 children and therefore a very active life with A LOT of touching to my face, and it still stands the test. I have quite oily skin on my forehead but dry cheeks. This foundation has good coverage across both skin types. The only thing I would say, which could be seen as a negative, is when ordering online, the colour looks fairly light (which I need) but I would say it is darker than expected. I had to wait until I had caught a bit of sun until I could use this without the obvious make up line. The bottle itself is sleek, easy size to keep in your make up bag and the pump allows for just the right amount to be deposited. Definitely worth it for £7!

Brilliant. Highly recommend
Nice consistency, thick but not sticky. Sits well and blends really easily. I accidentally got a shade too dark for me, this foundation mixes really well with lightener so I have the perfect shade now too. Long lasting, no need to top up during the day
