How do i get the product into the tip. Do i turn the top? The tip is fairly dry, even after pressing the tip on my lip not enough liquid comes out.

hi, if the product is not coming out automatically then it sounds like you have a dried out tip. The tip should be wet and moist like a marker. Please reach out to customer service and request a replacement. We are sorry to hear about this

Is this product still full of parabens? Love the nude color, hoping they’ve updated to cleaner formula

Any idea why it dried out?

Mayb from heat or mayb it was made a while ago and just dried up fast. You can always try to pul out the felt piece turn it around inside the felt holder and see if tht puts more product on the applicator stick itself! Hope this helps

Is this product vegan and cruelty free?

I thought the product was very dry and sent it back asap I will never purchase it again 🤷🏽♀️
