I know it says it fits all standard down spouts, i have the large I think 5 inch down spouts, will it fit that size?

Yes it will. It tightens down to fit This unit takes a lot of water pressure to unroll. I had issues with it.

Will it fit a 2x3 downspout?

Yes. The flexible neck of this extender can fit many different size pipes and the 2X3" downspout. My only recommendation is to ensure there is a drop of 4-6 inches from the end of the downspout to the ground. I found that you need water pressure in the extender to ensure that it fully unfolds. I tied mine to an installed 90 degree spout extension and had problems with backpressure causing leakage around the neck of the extension because the Frost King would not fully unfold.

How much water throughput will this handle? like all the water from one side of a 20'x40' roof in a heavy rain?

Works very well,I have 3 on a 25 ft side of house and all three flex out and spread water out very well,stops erosion great.....recommend highly ....jim in texas,we have some heavy downpours in red river area in northern texas..........

I have no idea where they are made, but they do not work and there is no return policy. Shame on amazon for carrying this product that doesn’t work and is not eligible for return. At least I didn’t buy the 4 pack...
