Great bed, perfect for my 3 boys. Easy enough to put together, I paid someone to do it for me while I was working, took less than 8 hours with 1 person. Only 2 issues of misaligned holes, easy enough to fix. Only issue is that with regular twin mattress, you get gapping. For the top this is an issue by the shelf area. I bought some mattress brackets and screwed them in. Easy fix. A twin xl mattress would not have this issue. Storage on stairs is great

The beds and style are good. BUT the instructuons and hardware are awful as well as in metric. Stickers come off of boards, have no idea where they should go. Slats are too short, luckily my husband was able to improvise and cut new where needed. Holes for hardware were not always drilled through and had flash inside of holes, had to clean out inorder for screws and bolts to work. Just an all around mess! My husband is very familar with woodworking and it still took 2 of us 5 days. Have a lot of time and patience! We wont ever buy from this company again.

Love this bunkbed. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because I had a couple parts missing. But the company sent replacements out and apologized for my inconvenience. They were very helpful and ready to make things right. Parts sent out next day!

Detailed instructions, pretty easy to follow. I was able to put it together completely all by myself. Currently used by my 3 grand daughters, it has been 8 months and the bed is in great shape still!

I bought this for my siblings. If you're gonna build this make sure to take half a day off, also double take on the labels sometimes they are hard to see. No issues for now, would buy again.

I read bunch of reviews good and bad about this bed. Decided to buy it. Guess what, it is a really good, sturdy bed. Whoever wrote a bed review probably rushed with the assembly. If you follow instructions there will be no problems. All parts are labeled. It will take you good 4 to 5 hours to assemble. It is not hard, but it just takes time to unpack,start, sort out parts, screw everything together. But it is not hard. Everything comes super secured and protected in 3 boxes. I had a slight scratch on one part, but the company sent a replacement in a few days. They were so nice about it. Rest assured if you run into any problems they will help you. I don’t know what else to say good about this product. I am very satisfied with the purchase. It is sturdy, good built, beautiful looking bed.

Last step was putting the ladder together , that was the only part that didn't have holes drilled. I split the wood , drilling in the bolt .. other than that it's a great bed looks great , took me 7 hours and I was hustling
