So slow most apps don’t work or just glitchDoesn’t connect to wifi or anyone’s dataBattery is terrible will on 100% then 10 mins later it’s dead I do not recommend this what a waste of money. Sort it out

2stars were becsuse it wouldn't let me only put one.. this is useless constantly charging it...never turns on when you switch it on! Stuck with a tablet that doesn't work! I'll be emailing them,bought in April but only just opened it as it was a gift!Waste of moneyUseless

Faulty and poor after sales experience from seller
I bought this as a Christmas present at the end of October for my Granddaughter so it wasn't opened until Christmas Day. The tablet was fine for about ten days then the screen became unresponsive. I contacted the seller who advised me to do a factory reset which I did (twice). Unfortunately this didn't fix the problem so I asked to return it and get a replacement. The seller said I could get another for half price as it was over two months since I bought it despite the listing stating that it came with a twelve month 'worry free' guarantee. Obviously this wasn't good enough so I contacted Amazon who gave me a full refund.

Ho preso questo tablet a mia figlia e devo dire che è molto buono. Le dimensioni del tablet sono adatte per i nostri bambini. Funziona bene, la batteria dura tanto. È dotato di accessori. Lo consiglio ❤️

The media could not be loaded. Ik ben heel blij. Hij crashte aan het begin een keertje maar dat was op te lossen. Mijn dochter is heel blij.

Tolles tablet für junge Kids
Klein, handlich und stoßfest und sehr einfach einzustellen ist dieses Tablet ideal für jüngere Kinder. Es kann beim Runterfallen nichts passieren, die Ecken sind noch zusätzlich geschützt. Praktisch finde ich auch den Aussteller dazu und den Stift, mit dem die Bedienung sehr einfach ist. Der Kids Bereich ist im Handout auf englisch sehr gut beschrieben und leicht einzustellen. Mein Kind ist super stolz hier sein eigenes Passwort zu haben, eine sehr nette Kleinigkeit. Die Qualität ist sehr gut und es ist sehr handlich und somit richtig gut auch für unterwegs. Man braucht nur ein Plan und kann es wirklich überall nutzen, wie auch jedes andere tablet. Auch den Elternmodus kann man gut einstellen und so die Bildschirmzeit einstellen und regeln, ebenso wie Werbung und Altersgegrenzungen. Man braucht dazu nur einen Google Account und kann auch schon loslegen. Apps, Google und auch alles andere kann ganz gewöhnlich raufgespielt und verwendet werden - nur ist es einfach kindersicherer und robuster. Würden es jederzeit wieder kaufen.
