Do eggs leak from the molds?

Some liquid egg may seep out if the mold isn’t sealed well. Press the ring firmly on the pan for about 20 seconds before pouring and cook on medium heat. Thicker eggs or pancake batter hold shape better.

Will the eggs stick to the surface?

Eggs may stick if the pan or mold isn’t oiled. Preheat the pan, then coat both the pan and inside of the mold with oil or spray. Let the egg set for about 30–60 seconds before lifting the ring.

Are these molds hard to clean?

Cleaning may take longer if food sticks. To make it easier, lightly oil before use and soak in warm water if residue dries or sticks. The molds are also dishwasher safe for convenient cleanup.
