Yes, they are very thin. You could cut them with scissors.

Q: How will I know if it will fit?

SIZE: A set of 12 PCS. The mirror is in hexagon shape, 9 cm/ 3.54 inches in side length, 18.3 cm/ 7.2 inches in diameter and 1 mm in thickness.

Q: Can these be put in a bathroom without taking the risk of them falling off due to moisture?

I would assume the moisture would eventually cause them to fall off. With that being said, they are very lightweight so I'm confident they would hold-up. Also, I wouldn't use them as a functioning bathroom mirror, only as decor. They are simply paper-thin reflective acrylic at most. The reflection is very warped.

Q: Isn't the surface supposed to be reflective?

It is. There is a protective film you have to take off
