What is the circumference of the l/xl? or xl/xxl?

My hat is a m/lg. It is 21 in circumference. Hope that helps.

Head measures almost 23 what size would fit best?

My head measures exactly 24 inches (measured just above the ears). I bought the XL/XXL and they fit fine, perhaps a tad looser than I'd like, but not at all tight. I'd guess that the L/XL might be the right fit for you. Tip: Invest in a hat stretcher. I've used them on everything from felt fedoras to synthetic baseball caps if they're too tight and they do the trick. Hope this helps.

do under armor have men caps l/xl white w black under amor logo?

Yes. They offer a variety of color patterns. You just have to find the combination you prefer.
