Compra solo learned optimism. Todos repiten lo mismo
No recomiendo comprar los tres libros ya que repiten lo mismo una y otra vez. Con comprar learned optimism es suficiente. Este es el que opino que es el más útil y recoge lo más importante que es trabajo práctico sobre cambios de patrones en el pensamiento.
