I was shocked on the speedy delivery even though delivery driver said he was a day lateEquipment very neatly packed in its protect caseI toyed with it in the house but I know it’s going to get the job down when I take it out in the field

I purchased batteries for this unit before it showed up. It came with batteries! Great laser

I like the case with all inclosed so I can grab and go. I installed the batteries that came with the unit. (4 D size) and was using the level in minutes. I have multiple projects coming up that this level is going to make it very easy for me.(1 man show) This will be like a 3rd arm as I usually don't have help here on the farm. I purchased the magnetic receiver holder which now I can use with the excavator. so far very good for this laser level.I couldn't find on Amazon a combo of the kit with rechargeable batteries and the charger. So I purchased the charger for this model and 4 batteries from Amazon. The charge was correct but the full charge batteries would not turn on the unit (4 D- 5000mh). So I returned those and purchased 4 more (D-15000 ah) and after a full 24 hours on the charger that came with the batteries, they would not turn on the unit. Online I for an image of a kit with the rechargeable batteries and they were 5000 ah. I will contact Spectra to see what may be the issue.All of the accessories fit in the case so all in one.

I am on my 5th home remodel, which includes a lot of hardscape/landscape projects. In the past I would use string and tube and water for level and slope. Finding level with the Spectra LL300N-2 is a breeze. At level, I have put in footings for a pergola so far. I put in drainage from the yard to the inground trampoline so having the correct slope was important. I purchased the remote control and what a game changer that is. My near future plans include a horseshoe pit, 3500 square feet of travertine pavers on the pool deck and patio, and a slab for a pool house. Life is good now!
