Ironside: Season Four

The first tray broke on opening and is no longer attached, so storing and handling the disks could easily cause damage. Also there is only a list of the titles for each disk but no storylines.I have all four of the seasons issued so far and the first two seasons were much better designed using single or double 7mm slim cases in cardboard packages. The slim cases also had the story lines on the back of each case cover.This new packaging is cheap and disappointing. Fortunately I keep a supply of the 7mm slim cases for recording tv programs so I can repackage them myself the same way the first two seasons were made.I really enjoy the Ironside series, so I hope that if the manufacturer produces the rest of the seasons, they will take more care in putting out a higher quality product. The way seasons 3 and 4 were issued they won't hold up to repeat handling more than a few times at best, so you might not want to borrow them out to your friends.

I really enjoy watching Raymond Burr in Ironside like I have watching him in Perry Mason. It just a shame that they just could finish out the season like they do to many old shows. It a shame that you have to go to metv or cozytv to see would they have not bought out on DVD so you can watch like you want too. I have watch some of ironside other on metv 3:00am in the morning because I can't get them on DVD but Raymond Burr and team always get their person.

Love this old show and am enjoying seeing the episodes again I just wish the Seasons 5-8 were also available for viewing on dvd players in the USA

All discs were in good condition. No issues with this product.

Ironside Season 4 was great. The DVD arrived in a short period of time. What I don't like is getting to Season 4 and now can't get Season 5. Why do they only make so many seasons and then when you are really into it, there aren't anymore to buy. Why does it take years to put out another season or is it because they think that people are willing to pay more when the next season finally comes out if they had to wait years? I am tired of these money grubbing people.

I used to watch this show when I was a kid.I am over the moon that this show is now available on dvd.Raymond Burr was one of the best actor's of his generation.First he had a hit with Perry Mason and then with Ironside.He was the consummate professional and this is one of the best cop shows ever.All the supporting cast were excellent in their roles.Being the fourth season this was the last outing for Barbara Anderson as Officer Eve Whitfield.She would be replaced in season five.Anybody who loves cop shows will love this series.Set in the late 1960's it depicted the hippie and flower power era in San Francisco in it's early seasons.Plenty of big name guest stars appeared throughout the series.Also it had a great theme song by Quincy Jones.This is American TV at it's best.I don't know if any more seasons are to be released as I believe that Shout Factory only has the rights to the first four seasons.Also these are not for sale in the shops but has to be ordered through Shout Factory or Amazon.But a big thank you goes to Shout for managing to release these seasons anyway.

I bought it to watch the episode “Walls are Waiting” 1971- with William Shatner and the late Pattye Mattick. She was great as Millie Brandt, younger sister of Shatner’s character. 5 out of 5.

I thoroughly have enjoy this series. I have Seasons 1-4. Will buy the remaining seasons when they are available in the USA.

A big Perry Mason and Ironside fan this was the one season I still needed to finish the eight. I was not disappointed. It arrived securely wrapped inside and out and I would not hesitate to recommend purchase. You will not be disappointed.
