It was a little smaller than I thought , but don’t let size fool you it’s a great ab workout , counter works , not a bad deal for the price,

I put together in about 15 minutes. There are no clear step by step instructions, so I looked at the screws, the two pins (one is shorter than the other) and saw where they all fit. That’s it. Build, The machine is put together. Size, I’m 5’ 10” size is good for me. Workout raises heart rate. Weight, I’m 70 and 185lbs. Luckily I have other pieces of home gym equipment and try to stay physically fit. Value , everything is built in China, the plastic parts and the foam will break down soon, but that’s what we live with today. All in all, I think it’s a good investment.

Easy to put together and stores against the wall for quick access out of the way. Lightweight so i can set it up myself despite my injury. I was so afraid this would hurt me to use, but it allows to me to work muscles i otherwise wouldnt be able to use without flaring up my back. I have only been using it for a few days but so far very satisfied with the ability to give a good muscle burn without hurting me.

I bought this ab trainer in late June 2023, and already I notice positive results! I haven't quite reached my goals, but my stomach area is tighter and has more definition. Same goes for my arms. I am really pleased with this product; it is exactly what I was seeking - something simple I can use, without any back strain. This ab trainer is also quite convenient - it folds just like an ironing board for easy storage. I highly recommend this product!

I am happy with my purchase! This was easy to assemble and is sturdy enough. It doesn't feel wobbly and provides a good work out. Definitely is easier for me to use this machine versus average sit ups.

I am sure this works for some people, but through my weight lose mission and more exercise this is NOT for me, I can't give it 1 stars because I am sure its me, not them. but the comfort was not there for me, and using it I was in pain and could barely do any reps. Maybe I am just that out of shape but I rather do floor sit ups, which is a shame because I wanted to love this.
