Easy to Use
Works 100% to relieve pain from strained muscles. The velcro wrap is really strong and helps the ice packs to stay in place. Excellent value!

Worth it! Just buy!
I got these a few weeks ago and use it almost everyday. Works well and I love the band it comes with. I have a shin injury from running and it's in an odd place on my leg. I can wrap the band in an odd position and it stays in place. I've only frozen the packs so far but very durable. And it will stay reasonably cold for over 30 minutes, which you shouldn't ice longer than 20 at a time so that's plenty of time and I can use the same pack on my knee afterwards. I'd buy these again. I was looking at buying other ones and almost went with them but I'm glad I found this one at the last minute. Just buy! They are decent sizes too!

Great to have in the house
The ice packs freeze fast and stay cold for quite a while. They slide right into the little pouch on the belt and it Velcros closed. I love the belt because it stretches and helps mold the ice pack to whatever part of the body you’re using it on. If you have large hips, the belt fits around the entire hip area while the ice pack snuggly stays in place at the hip that requires the ice. The belt also Velcros to whatever size you need. For the price point definitely worth getting.
