They actually work
My wife wanted me to order these for me but I ended up giving them to her as I think she needed them more. I do use them and they do work. When placing the sticker ensure that you place it correctly on your nose. They are comfortable and you do forget you have it on.

Not for me
didn't work for me, not strong enough to hold the nose open. I could see how they might work for others.

Comfortable to wear but not the most effective
These are useful for more quiet snorers, they certainly don't cure loud and very snorty snorers. They do however minimise it slightly. So you take what you can get, if anything is better than nothing then these are a decent purchase
