I started taking this product at the same time that I started taking other vitamins so I cannot see exactly how it is working however, I do feel a lot better and I believe that this is a good product worth buying you chew the tablets they kind a taste like vanilla they kind of stick to your teeth but if you eat them with food that goes away quickly I think you chew them for a better absorption in the gut. I’m not really sure I’m pretty sure that this is the bottle that does in fact, say that you should chew the tablets you can take up to seven a day I’ve only been taking three a day, if you are low on this vitamin, you were also low on other B vitamins and possibly vitamin D as well and maybe zinc also so make sure that you are getting a complete panel of blood test not just a standard regular blood test because that won’t always show vitamin deficiencies. I paid a company to send me over to LabCorp to get a 28 panel blood test done and I’ve always got two blood test done every year at the VA clinic and those blood test never showed that I was deficient in vitamins, but is 28 panel that I had done at LabCorp showed my deficiencies and it also showed my testosterone deficiency , so I highly recommend taking vitamins because I believe a lot of people are vitamin deficient and the testing that they do at most doctors office only looks for total vitamins or total testosterone or total thyroid. It does not look for individual levels so it is always best to ask for a complete panel, and it’s always best to ask for a copy of the results and see if they actually broke down each test or if they only took one of each test.

Ii was expecting these to taste yucky , but they don't , which is a plus since you wanna take these for the b vitamins. I thought they would be chewable , but they're easy to swallow.

You need the full Vitamin B complex to make it worth it. These pills are basically natural Vitamin B complex. You have the option to take these pills everyday or buy the non-fortified nutritional yeast "flakes" (or dust) that Dr. Berg recommends and sprinkle it on your food. I have done both but I prefer to just down the pills 3x a day with my other supplements and food. While the pills may be larger than normal and on odd days difficult to swallow - I don't think it's as big a deal as some product reviewers are making it. The shipping cost on Amazon is the least desired for this product... but with so few options in the marketplace for good non-fortified nutritional yeast tablets/pills, this will have to do. Also, I do believe Dr. Berg is a trusted brand. This product works and has made a huge difference in my health.

Product is good, at least so far, but it taste so bad!! I can normally handle bad tasting vitamin flavors, but this gagged me. It was so hard to get down. I will continue to try to fins a way to mask the flavor, but I amay try to find another nutritional yeast next time around. Also, the package completely open in the mailbox! Looks like they just didn't seal the envelope correctly. In situation like this I would normally return it, but Amazon would not allow me to return the items, and the actual product seals were not broken.
