For anyone who is a new mom, buy this book! I've been using this book throughout my whole pregnancy. It's insightful and helps you be at ease instead of looking all over the internet for answers.

Great information to read about from conception to birth and baby. It gives such good tips, definitely read before pregnancy or during to get a good understanding of it all. Rápida y amigable lectura, me fue guiando en cada etapa del embarazo y aunque tuve que saltar algunos temas porque no tenían que ver con mi situación, la otra gran parte sí que me ayudó a aprender y documentarme de información actualizada, lo complementé con la app. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Un testo didattico e non leggero, ho scelto la versione in lingua originale per conoscere la differenza tra l’approccio negli Usa e in Italia.
