I thought my Olympus TG-6 camera was broken because it stopped working after four years. Motivated after reading reviews of this battery, I thought maybe my original batteries might be bad. The voltage was indeed low and my camera worked when I powered it with USB power. After purchasing, charging, and installing a new battery, my camera is like new again. Powering the charger using a powerful 30 Watt USB C supply worked well and the charger light color (red to green) indicates when the batteries are charged. The price is good, it is helpful to charge the batteries outside of the camera, and it is great to get two batteries. Using the charger also helps maintain the water proof seals in the camera compartment where you would normally plug in the USB cable. I also tested the capacity of the battery by measuring the mAh capacity after a full charge with a draw of 200 mA which is the drain I measured on the phone with USB power. The battery lasted for roughly 5 hours and delivered a total of 1100 mAh. This is good performance given the rated capacity of 1500 mAh because it was measured under normal usage conditions instead of in a lab with a lower current draw. It suggests the camera will run roughly for five hours of continuous use of the battery. Since the camera turns off automatically after a few minutes, that could be many days of camera use unless you are taking many movies or using GPS. I have found that the camera does seem to last as long as with the original batteries. The pictures show the camera and charger and that the battery fits fine in the camera.

Does the job. I have purchased other BM batteries and chargers for two other brands of cameras we own. I’m an electronics technician with more than 50 years experience. So far these chargers work fine and the batteries perform as expected. No complaints. Price is very competitive compared to other options.

In my previous review, I commented that the charger and/or batteries didn't appear to charge properly. I had plugged the supplied USB cable into a small power block supplied for iPhones. When I changed the power block to one provided for iPads (slightly more power (amps) output), the charger worked "as advertised". I had failed to first notice the note on the back of the charger box stating the minimum "input power" requirement was 2.1A @ 5VDC. Since a power block isn't supplied with this charger, I had to use one of mine. If you've purchased one of these chargers and the indicator lights flash "red" after inserting batteries, check the power supply "bloc" first. This info is printed on the power bloc, usually in very fine print, before contacting this device's customer support with your problem. Not all power blocs provide the required power this charger needs to operate normally.

Worked really well and the batteries made our camera behave like new!

I was looking for an external charger for my Olympus batteries. I don't like to charge the batteries inside the camera, and this charges two batteries at a time. It comes with a pair of batteries, which I will not use. I don't like to put cheap batteries in my expensive cameras and only use original manufacturers batteries. That having been said, it charge my two batteries quickly and I am very pleased with this charger.

The batteries seem to last as long as the OEM battery, which is good enough. I have not owned it long enough to assess how many charge cycles the batteries will take. As for the charger, it works fine even with two batteries, if the USB port can supply enough current. The minimum standard is only 0.5 amps, which is not enough. You'll need about 2 amps for the charger to work properly. Most computer USB ports will not supply 2 amps, but many plug-in-the-wall USB supplies will. Just look at the label on the USB supply and it will say how much current it will output.

So far so good. Charges my batteries well. I haven’t tried the non OEM batteries that came with the charger but the charger was the reason for my purchase.

Works with new Ricoh GR, and the charger charges the original battery well. Just slightly shorter battery life than the original battery.
