Wow this tumble dryer dries fast, omg. I was expecting it to take up to three hours for the less than half a load it takes, but by 80mins it was dry, it was like nothing. This is really worth getting, it's great. And it's also so small, as long as you don't have a cupboard in the way too low on the wall it can easily fit on the countertop. It's sleek, good-looking, etc. The door can be a bit much to open and close as you have to hold onto the machine in order to open and close because the machine will come forward, not sure if you can safely open the door without holding the machine to make sure it doesn't just get pulled forward and end up on the floor, but that's not an issue for us as we bought it for emergencies, and it dries so well and so quickly so it's just excellent.

Very pleased with this product, only annoyance is the pipe that comes with it, but will be simple to replace when needed. Looks great, brilliant for a single person with limited space, was easy to lift onto a waist height shelf (by a woman) so I’m all round very pleased

When my Tumble Dryer went wrong a couple of years ago I decided not to replace it but with our climate becoming wetter and fed up with wet clothes hanging indoors on an airer, I decided to finally buy a new one. Unfortunately, with no space in my kitchen, the only alternative was to buy a small model which I could move around as needed. Although so far the dryer has had limited use, I have been very impressed with how quickly it dries clothes and how quiet it is. However, there are a few issues that I would point out to anyone considering buying this model which are the shortness in length of both the power lead and the vent hose plus the control dial being situated at the bottom of the machine, although this is obviously not a problem if you are placing the dryer on a worktop. I have now replaced the vent hose (which was of rather poor quality anyway) with a much longer one which is far better.

The drier was chosen because of the lack of hanging out dry days this winter from October to now, it's the first time struggled to to get items dry repeating putting out side each day till dry. This Russell hobbs tumble drier was chosen for price, size, and if anything did go wrong am more confident parts would be available for a known branded model. Sadly these are rated at C for electric usage expectedly 199 kwh per year. This Russell Hobbs tumble drier was ordered on 7th due to be delivered 10th, but actually arrived 12th. by dpd, on 10th contacted The electrical shop to ask for a tracking number, which they very kindly supplied, but for some reason did not work on dpd site. With the current covid problems and the cold icy Weather, we expected delays. A text was sent on day of delivery. The Tumble drier is supplied in a covering box the drier sits on polystyrene pallet and held to the covering box by 2 nylon straps. once these are removed the box lifts off. So much better than lifting the drier out. There are 4 wall hangers in top packaging, and some corner protectors which fall when box removed. The drier is cover in a plastic bag. The flexi plastic extendable pipe the rear elbow and destructions, the screws for the wall hangers are inside the drier drum in a resealable bag.. The instructions with printed model number on front seem to be generic drier instructions, there is no pause button or a tap!! on this model, the heat exchanger is suppose to be cleaned but no instruction how to or where it is. There is a filter inside back of the drum that needs cleaning each time a load finishes its programme, found towels needed the filter to be cleaned twice a load. We took out filter and vacuumed. There is a filter below the door again vacuumed. The elbow was installed then the flexi pipe, we switched the machine on to check all worked as expected. In the instructions it mentions how to affix to wall, but else where says not to place on a carpet due to the air intake, the machine has to be a certain distance from the wall. The door pulls open there is no catch to search for, the black door window can only be seen through with a bright torch.. Have connected the exhaust pipe to an condenser box with 4cm water in supplied by spares for you. This has helped stopped needing window open so wide for the pipe, the windows have not steamed up in vent setting. The machine is noticeable in noise but not so loud cannot hear a radio in same room. So far are weighing the wet loads, we managed a bath towel 3 fibre cloths to total 2.5kg, turned the knob to right to hot at 200 by 100 about 1hr 30mins the towel load had dried, weighed the washing and noted the washing was 340g lighter, removed the filter to vacuum the thick lint, then reset to do a hand towel and other cloths. Had some other clothes that needed washing so put then on blue setting 80. it took 3 filter vacuums and 3 resets to get the 2.5kg dry. there was no heat involved due to the material. if put outside with current weather would not of dried. but all this is all new to us. we have a bed sheet that needs drying on delicate, the instructions does not give guidance on delicate or what setting should be. Could use the blue 80 minute cold air dry turn knob control to left. or the red 60 to 120 warm setting with the cool down. turn knob control to right. The drum only travels one way it is mostly metal, with plastic paddles to help turn the load. The door is black plastic. only opens right to left to 180 degrees. Chosen the silver model, have sat on a tiled floor, near window, we do not have a wall able to hold the drier near a window, or an electric socket close enough for the wire to reach without an extension cable!!, at a future time may put the drier onto a wheeled platform so can easily move without lifting when not in use. So far happy that dries clothes, not great instructions, but machines easy to use with one knob to select heat or no heat. the door opens, and closes.

This little drier is perfect. This was brought for my elderly inlaws who need washing done on a daily basis . This drier is absolutly perfect for This ocxassion. It fits snugly on top of a slimline washing machine. I was really surprised that it does not make much noise at all when running . It is small and compact, however it fits in both parents clothing for the day plus nightwear so I can get both their clothes dried in one cycle. The hose is a concertina one , so only what's needed can be stretched out , making it less unsightly. Without it being stretched out it just points upwards which is perfect as ours is situated in the utility area so doesn't need to be hanging out of the window. All in all we are more than happy with this drier and are so happy that we chose this one

This dryer has a number of good points for me. The first BIG plus was...there was no bottom to the cardboard box! I took out all the polystyrene packing...and wondered how I'd lift it out. I tilted it...and the box lifted right off!! The dryer was sitting securely on a VERY thick packing sheet, with hard plastic corners. SCORE! The dryer itself is light-ish. I can lift it with a bit of effort (I'm 72). And it fitted snugly where I wanted it. But there are downsides. Couldn't understand the instructions for attaching the exhaust hood thing at the back to begin with, or get the door open. It has slackened off now. Couldn't get the filter thing off the back of the drum, so had to phone for help. They were very nice. But the BIG downside is it takes a LONG time to dry anything. 40 mins for 4 pairs of socks and 4 cotton knickers on the higher setting! I'm hoping I'm doing something wrong. My old dryer covered the entire kitchen in a layer of fuzz by the time I retired it, but it did dry stuff. So, sorry, but only 4 stars. Looks good though.

We think the tumble dryer is brilliant ease to place on the worktop all the control are perfectly positioned. Our old one was Creda and 31 years old. This looks modern and comes complete with a vent tubing and a right angle tube to allow venting to the side. The vent outlet is top left looking from the front Very quiet when in use , with simple controls. The towels came out dry and soft. Our old dryer had a painted inside drum which was pitted, this has a shiny stainless steel drum. Easy clean highly recommended. Lower electric usage than the old dryer

Hesitated for so long over buying a compact dryer. I am so delighted with my purchase. Fits perfectly into small space I had. Easy to set up. Cannot believe how good thi is. Various drying/cooling options. Has made my life so much easier. The perfect buy for me.
