Lovely quality and great value
Lovely flavour and quality. Very few seeds that were not whole, and nice and fresh. I tend to use these either toasted and sprinkled on Korean style dishes and noodles or I make my own munchy seeds with these and other seeds. I also add them into my muesli sometimes. I can vouch for these being very good whether 'raw' or 'cooked'. Great value for money given the overall quality.
