The best frother I ever owned (probably 4th or 5th brand I tried). This is a perfect frother for foaming milk, doing matcha, or mixing protein powder. The charge lasts for several weeks, even with daily use. The 3 speeds work perfectly, and it’s easy to wash. The customer service is also great and they supported me when I had an issue with it 6 months after buying it (new replacement for free!). I really recommend it!!

This is the highest-quality milk frother I’ve ever purchased. I had used manual frothers before, but none of them produced such thick foam in such a short time. I’ve been using it for a month since the last charge, and it still works without needing a recharge. It’s lightweight, and there’s absolutely no vibration. The whisk is fantastic, and it’s definitely worth the price. The build quality is excellent. I believe everyone needs one of these at home, even if they don’t make milk foam—there are so many other uses for it. Their customer support is outstanding; they responded to my warranty email very quickly, so there’s really no need to buy extra warranty from Amazon. Professional support means understanding the customer’s needs.

I endlessly scoured Amazon to get a rechargeable frother that would last for more than a few months. WARRANTY I bought one before this. The brand was Maestri. It was probably a defective unit, and I ended up returning it just 1-2 weeks after the purchase. That experience made me want to ensure that the next one I buy would last. This one comes with a 2-year warranty from the brand itself (Amazon return window is the same as other products) which is amazing. You just have to send an email to claim the warranty. PRODUCT Regarding the product itself, after multiple tries of attempting to get a proper foam for my matcha using my previous frother, this one finally gave me my first ever proper matcha latte. My previous frother was powerful but there was no way to control the speed. It was constantly high speed, so I had no way to break up the bubbles on top, which is needed to reduce/remove the bitterness of the matcha. (The band-aid solution was to throw away the foam (</3) on top with multiple air bubbles before pouring in the matcha mixture. Otherwise my drink would have a bitter aftertaste.) With this frother, however, the lowest setting allows you to do just what you need to eliminate the bubbles without throwing away the foam on top or painting your kitchen green (or whatever colour you drink is). The highest setting is REALLY powerful btw; use it with caution. Make sure the container you’re frothing in has enough space because the liquid WILL rise if you have the highest setting turned on. It was definitely much stronger than my previous frother, naturally helping me froth my cold foam (3 tbsp whipping cream, 2 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp sweeterner) easier. The handle and stand are great as well. The whisk (the one that spins to froth) is taller and wider at the bottom than my previous frother. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the charger’s USB micro-B. I would have preferred a type C charger but I’m okay with that because the pros far outweigh the con. Will update after using it multiple times to see if it will truly last.

Customer service is superb. This company has a 2 year guarantee for this particular milkfrother. My milkfrother stopped working after daily use for a year. I messaged them through Amazon and received a replacement within a few days.
