It's a good fit. The elastic straps do a decent job of holding it in place. The fabric is reasonably soft but in no way could be described as water resistant. The product photo of water beading on the surface is very misleading.I have a dog that likes to chew her toys on the couch often leaving a patch of saliva. With this cover I was hoping to be able to wipe it up however the fabric immediately absorbs liquids leaving a wet patch.I would not describe it as water resistant at all.

Bought these this to protect my sofa from dog hairs. It washes well on cold wash , gentle spin and drys fairly quickly. The cover I bought is for an oversized sofa .will definitely buy again . Make sure you get your measurements right.

Unfortunately they would not stay on the chairs which is a disappointment as the advert says non slip, there are two sponge rods to push down the sides to hold the covers there, but they still manage to slip off, which is a shame. I bought these as I have leather furniture and wanted to protect against dogs claws I was hoping they were rubber backed or something to keep them on the chair., perhaps they work well on upholstery not leather

I purchased a large and a single seat cover. They are of excellent quality and can be laundered. double sided so can reverse. warm and easy to fit .. I have a 7ft sofa and it is plenty large enough. came well packaged and in a timely fashion. Definitely worth the money paid.

Our new suite of furniture required protection from two ten month old puppies who have no boundaries when it comes to comfort and play. These covears are perfect they fit the purpose well for what I need. The backs have sufficient length to be able to push furniture back tight to wall, so no marks on wall plus puppy sleeps on top of back, arms are covered well, the seats don’t move when you sit on them as they have heavy duty foam holding the sides down no rucking on seats, An all round well made product. Easy machine washable. Would highly recommend these covers look goo and a great price. Thank you.

I don’t usually write reviews but I am so pleased with this new protective cover for my sofa. My previous cover lasted for two years but was dark grey and beige, this one is light grey and grey and is reversible, I am using the light grey side and it looks really good. What I like about this brand is the matching fabric elasticated straps that hold the cover onto the back of the settee and the silicone tubes that you push between the seat cushion and the arm of the sofa and stops the cover from slipping. My sofa is now two years old and is still in new condition, my husband likes to read his newspapers and our border collie likes to lay against the sofa and these covers stop the sofa getting grubby. This is the only brand that I have found in the light grey/grey combination, I am so happy with it that I have ordered another one as a spare.

Really easy to put on and good for over size sofa (7ft) elastic at back was no good for back of sofa as leather so put under sofa feet at each end and worked well does not move Not so much material hanging down front of sofa but still comes over edge and can now put a throw on top and stays in place I do not have dogs so wascreally just something to cover leather sofa and has worked a treat Was looking for chair covers to match but do not have chocolate and biege can you let me know when they will be in stock Have not marked the water resistance as do not know but seem easy just to wipe if get marked

I bought both sizes for the 2 and 3 seater sofas, great coverage and easy to put on. It is saving me a great deal of work with my dogsAnd granddaughter when she comes. Definitely a great buy.
