Hello, you can confirm the size information at the detail page, the shortest bar length is 1/2"(12mm), the others are 5/8"(16mm), 3/4"(18mm), 1"(25mm), 1&1/4"(32mm), each size has 3pcs.

What is the best way to disinfect/ clean before putting them on?

Boil water. Put into a mug. Drop bars in with half teaspoon salt.

Can you shower with it? Or will it get rusty?

It doesn’t get rusty, but the balls fall off so frequently I stopped using it.

Chipping

I only just tried to put one on and the ends are falling apart, chipping. Extremely low quality. I do not recommend this waste of time and money.

Great while pregnant

I used this while I was pregnant and it worked very well. Just be careful, I took it out towards the end to switch to the largest but needed to wait for some irritation to heal and my belly ring hole totally closed on one end. I’ve had it for years! Kinda sad about it
