As attractive as it is functional, National Geographic's Classic style political map of India is one of the most detailed and comprehensive maps ever published for India and southern Asia. It includes India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Tajikistan, and portions of China, Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Myanmar. The India map is punctuated with thousands of place names, and embellished with shaded relief which highlights the region's dramatic topography in such places as the Tibetan Plateau and the Himalaya. Also shown are the country's infrastructures, including airports, railroads, super highways, canals, major oil fields and pipelines, canals, and more. The map is packaged in a two inch diameter tube with a label showing a thumbnail of the map with dimensions and other pertinent information. My rating based on reasonable expectations for a standard National Geographic map
I've tried to be realistic and fair in my rating, realizing that my experience with NG maps should have prepared my for the very small print, which made it difficult to highlight the areas I wanted to feature in my presentation. I realize now that for larger print I would have needed a larger map. India is just so densely populated and a large land mass. Delivery was prompt and as promised. Packaging was the proper professional tube inside a larger box.

Indien auf einen Blick. Leider sind die Ortsnamen sehr klein gedruckt so das man suchen muß. Es ist aber schön alles auf einem Blick vor sich zu haben
