Award Winning Slow Smoked Baby Back BBQ Ribs

I am a rib addict, generally Kansas City BBQ is my favorite, so I was a bit nervous to pay so much for Memphis ribs that I did not know if I would like, but I am so glad I bought them because I can honestly say these are the best ribs I have ever had!!!!! I bought 3 more orders to send to family and friends, they are that good. The best part is I didnt have to cook them! I reheated in double foil at 275 for 35 min (thawed) and then opened the foil, left them on the center rack and hit high broil for 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce a bit. I could go on forever, but the bottom line is, THEY ARE WORTH THE MONEY! BUY THEM!

Every Christmas I order ribs to be sent to a friend as a gift. The Texas company I have ordered from for years online had run out of orders! So, I had to go out on a limb and find some other brand. Read the reviews about Pig of the Month BBQ and decided to order as a gift and get some for my family. We just finished two racks. My bbq connoisseur guys here give them two thumbs up! The bbq sauce is so tasty. I will now be making this company my Xmas gift stop and get some more for us!

I sent these wonderful ribs to my friend in Colorado as a surprise...she said when she received them they were frozen and well packaged. After waiting a few days for her to try (1 of the 2 racks of ribs) she let me know that they were very good and I had made a wonderful purchase. Believe me she would be honest and tell me the truth. This was my first online meat purchase. After shopping around and comparing to other meat home delivery companies, I decided this was the route to go as far as bang for my buck and I am happy I did...I will be purchasing again for sure. Go ahead and order you will not be disappointed.

Misleading and incredibly expensive. This is two packages of ribs at 2 pounds each for $89.99. Rip off.

Came in the frozen box, and the flavor was fantastic but expensive; overall, it was a great product.Will order again when need ribs.

What can I say but...YUMMY.....Been eating them almost every night. A half of rack does me great. Best pork ribs I have ever had , like eating at a restaurant but I don't have to leave my home. And so easy to make, I leave them in the bag poke a few holes turn my microwave to half power and in 5 minutes am eating. And sucking those bones clean....THANKS PIG OF THE MONTH ....I LOVE YOUR DRY RUB ALSO AND GREAT LOVE ME TENDER SAUCE :-)

As a returning customer from this company I am disappointed. Over cooked, dry and way too much sauce to cover it up. If this was my first time with them I wouldn’t be comin back but it may be just a bad one of so I may try again. I used to crave the ribs they were so good.

Where we live in East Tennessee and these bbq restaurants like to smoke their ribs until the meat just falls off the bones. I myself do not like my ribs that way and that is why I ordered these after Michael Strahan mentioned them one morning on his talk show with Kelly. I must say they are the greatest because of how they taste, with or without the sauce that is supplied with them, but also I like eating my ribs when you have bite the meat off the bone. They hit the mark on all aspects!
