is this a glasspack style or true resonator with no fiberglass?

I have not cut one open. But what I can tell it has packing

What is the diameter of the inside core?

It's a true 3in straight through the whole resonator.

So if 3" id, you can slip it over a 3" od pipe, correct?

I think so. Although in my case I used it on a 2.75 inch piping. Great results by the way.

What is the diameter of the outside of the resonator?

It is 3" on the ends and 5" on the bottle part of the resonator.
