The color is very accurate and the build seems sturdy. Don’t really have any cons... I suppose it would be nice if a base was included or maybe some led lighting but overall this is a great buy.

I have been looking for a solution for a double table design and I have found it.This floating umbrella has a great design and simple assembly.Assembly consists of 4 bolts and two spring pin clicks. Simple!It is well packaged. It includes a small wrench for the four bolts and easy instructions with pictures.The umbrella is made of durable material that can go from storage to open in seconds.The elegant and simple handle moves the umbrella from storage to hanging.I have looked for awhile and the comparative value is impressive.Here are a few things to note. The base is light so I am going to inquire as what the company suggests to weight the base. There are screw holes that will allow for it to be secured.Take a look. I would recommend it.

This umbrella is very easy to set-up and adjust. If you do not have a way to stabilize the umbrella, you will need the weighted base (or sand bags, etc.). I have to say that I am completely blown-away by this company's customer service! I mainly shop online, and every company experiences issues with customers and products at one time or another. How companies respond to issues is what sets some in a class of their own, and this company has surpassed my expectations with its exceptional customer service! When I ordered this umbrella, I missed the information regarding the weighted base. I am using this umbrella for a patio in a city apartment, so I have no way to stabilize the umbrella without the weighted base. This company went above and beyond to help me get what I need to use the umbrella as soon as possible. This level of customer service is hard to find, so I want to stress that this company is amazing! I highly recommend this umbrella and this company.

This umbrella was easy to set up even for me. Moreover, the process to open the umbrella is very smooth and easy to do. As recommended, we did get a base that we filled with water to anchor the umbrella. On breezy days, the umbrella itself has swayed a bit but the support poles with the base have been rock steady. Just as important, the ability to tilt the umbrella at various angles ensures that the umbrella provides shade where needed. The beige color complements the color scheme of our home. Needless to say, we have really enjoyed it on our patio.One note is that somehow the plastic insert at the top of the lower pole had inexplicably become distorted and twisted. This issue did not adversely affect the umbrella at all But I contacted the seller about the possibility of getting a replacement anyway. Murphy of Bluu Patio Umbrella replied promptly, determined what the problem was, and quickly sent out a replacement part for free. When stories abound about poor or non-existent customer service, it was a pleasure to find out that Blue PatIo Umbrella does actually provide fantastic customer service and stand behind its products.All in all, we have really enjoyed this umbrella. We look forward to enjoying the shade from this umbrella for a long time to come.

It looks great and easy to operate. Assembled it myself today and I’m a 74yo woman! 😯It’s well-made and easy to put together. It’s four bolts to attach the post to the feet. All other adjustments are nicely engineered allowing manual securing of the cantilevered segment to the bottom post. That’s all.As time passes, I will update the review if the umbrella in any way fails to meet expectations. Meanwhile, I’m enjoying this fine product.FYII used the Rhino Base Mate because I can handle the sand bags myself and move the umbrella at will. I will review that product later.

EDITED: I sent in a complaint to the company right after this happened, but when I switched to a new phone I forgot to turn on notifications for Amazon. Little did I know, the company was messaging me multiple times trying to make this right. They finally offered to send me the upgraded model.....all this happening without me realizing it. Then one day I walked outside and there was a new umbrella package sitting on my front porch.Now THAT'S what I call customer service. The rep had claimed that there were very few complains similar to mine and that mine must have been defective. In his messages, he sent me photos of new models to view, and was very courteous. I was able to "repair" the old umbrella so that it would "work," but replacing that particular part would have been nearly impossible without the proper tools and instructions due to the reeling mechanism.As someone who owned a small business for 10 years, I understand that not everything you do is going to be perfect. But customer service is something you can get right every. single. time. This company did that. This type of service is evidence that this is a rare occurrence for these guys. So, all things considered, I recommend this company, but I would get the upgrade umbrella if you live in a windy area.Original Review: It is a very nice umbrella that has one MAJOR flaw (see photo). The pictured piece should be metal due to all of the wind stress. This happened with light wind. Now the umbrella is useless.

Placed this 10 ft large pario umbrella to replace my old one a specially for new spring seasonWas looking something viasually the same as i got. After reciving find out that new umbrella much better quality, heavier fabric, more stable and really accurate made. Was easy to assemble and install. Beatiful design looking stylish and classy on my deck. Ready for sun and rain
