Very authentic taste and texture i cooked in boiling water for 4 minutes... then ran under cold water to cool... added to a plain chow mein... they are perfect and you can really taste the difference between these and other egg noodles... 100% will purchase again

Brilliant noodles, really tasty

Delicious, easy-to-prepare noodles. Wonderful chewy texture, didn't break up or disintegrate when boiling, then after a 20min 'drying off' time, they then wok fried perfectly. Amazing value for 4kg of them. Absolutely will be my 'go-to' noodles from here on in.

9KG box contains a great noodle product. Unfortunately I have to dock a star for the lack of wrapping inside the box, a single plastic bag would do the trick. Loose noodle nests inside a cardboard box being delivered via Amazon courier (who like to leave boxes behind bushes and such) doesn't seem particularly hygienic to me. I guess they're being boiled before eaten, but that still, not a great look.

Very tasty noodles. I've bought these in the past but usually the wholemeal. These noodles are very versatile, easy to cook and taste fabulous. Theyve a lovely texture and hold together well. Very excellent value for money. They do need soaking beforehand
