This rotates and spins fairly easily. Mine had a small mold mark (as in production mold, not mold growth) that was easily sanded down after a few seconds with an emery board. Fits well and doesn’t whistle or leak.

Much better sleep!
This thing has been a gamechanger for me. With sleep apnea, having to wear mask every night is the pitts. But, when I bought this swivel hook, I could finally move around in my sleep easier connected to my cpP machine without getting tangled up. Much better sleep for sure.
