Good support for neck and head, i got it as a replacement for my daughter’s pillow and it’s not too soft or hard, thickness is good. I like the shape of this pillow it support her head properly and makes my daughter sleep well

This pillow was not suitable for me as I am a side sleeper and it even caused me neck pain and I felt my lower neck muscles tense. I was really confused how should I best use it as it has a side projection in its middle. I think it may suit back sleepers as it felt comfortable when I slept on my back.
