I started using lactoferrin before a trip to Egypt. I was the only one who did not get sick on the trip. I continue to use it at intervals after I finish a bottle. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend it.

I spent a lot of money trying to find an iron supplement that did not bother my digestive tract but was not successful in doing so. Then I found a book about digestive problems and they suggested trying this instead of the actual iron, and they were right, it works without distress. The book, The Gut Health Protocol, states that the bad bacteria absorbs our nutrients with iron being one of their favorites. Iron in the form of ferritin stops this process, according to the book, so the bad bacteria will not be able to utilize the iron as a nutrient. All I know is that it seems to work for me so I recommend it for anemic people with sensitive digestive tracts or people with candida or bacterial overgrowth issues.

I ordered 2 bottles of lactoferrin by HUMANX as I've used this product before and was pleased. However, when I received my 2 NEW bottles, I immediately noticed that they had a white HUMANX Lactoferrin 500mg "sticker" applied OVER the original bottle labels which were for the supplement artemisinin of which I DID NOT ORDER!! And if you look closely, even the sticker had a printing error near the bottom! Unfortunately I did not have any lactoferrin tablets left in my OLD bottle (pic of correctly labeled OLD bottle) so I could not compare the contents. I am very cautious of the supplements I take and therefore will NOT be taking anything that appears to have been tampered with. If HUMANX indeed tried to "recycle" bottles to cut cost the least they could've done would be to include a notification that this "relabeling" of the bottles was for said reason. I did contact Amazon and was issued a refund and I will be properly and immediately disposing these 2 NEW bottles!!

Another tool to help fight Covid. I take with Benadryl (at night) to maximize the benefits. "These statements have not been evaluated..."

It could be a little less expensive

I have questions about the purity of this product and what’s really in it…it, for some odd reason, gave me insomnia. I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else or if people liked this side effect because they felt it was giving them more energy? Unsure. But I couldn’t get a solid night of sleep for the life of me. Since I stopped taking it, I no longer experience aforementioned side effects.
