You will need to have tubeless ready rims to use these. Schwalbe also makes a tube version of these tires.

Q: I have cervelo s3 and im using continental 700x25, what size is the equivalent?

Continental GP 5000 and the pro one tires have similar sizing. You should still use 25s.

Q: Does it fit the giant new SLR 1 hookless tubeless ?

They should. Just be sure not to run too high a pressure. I usually run between 75 to 80 PSI with the 700x25 Pro One tires.
