Hydrate and Nourish Beard Conditioner

My brother (pictured) used and reviewed this."This conditioner isn't like anything I have used. I was pleased with the thickness of it. I use oils on my beard during the day, but am glad to have something to use in the shower as well. My beard is definitely softer and have been told that by many! (Haha) I want to try more of their products! Bring me some more!"***Things I have observed.The conditioner is thicker than typical hair conditioner, which I expected and appreciated. I hate when companies label as beard conditioner, mark up the price and it is basically .99 cent hair conditioner.I love the branding and can tell by looking at it that it is a men's product.I am loving that there aren't any silicones, parabens, etc.I love a product with all natural (or almost all natural) and am a label reader and researcher. Most of the products listed are great.I received this beard conditioner to test with the option to review. No financial compensation is ever accepted. I reserve 4 and 5 star ratings for products I would either recommend to others or buy for myself. This is a great product that I would highly recommend.

So there are a lot of reviews for this product out there and most of them are extremely positive. I would agree with these reviews in that it does a great job conditioning my beard. I am not convinced however that it is worth a premium price. I have used other beer conditioners that are 25% less in cost that do a great job. I think this would be my conditioner of choice if the price point were lower. And if I’m being honest, I’m not a huge fan of the container. I prefer a squeeze bottle or a pump. Lower the price five dollars and I will put up with the tub container and this would probably be my conditioner of choice.UPDATE: wow! I never realized what a good quality conditioner could do for my beard but now I do. This stuff is fantastic! I’ve used several different conditioners and none have given me the great results I get from Scotch Porter. I have even learned to live with the tub. :-) On days that I do not use it I still crack it open and take a nice long smell, it is certainly intoxicating.NOTE FAKE! I contacted Scott order and they were able to verify this is not fake product.

I have, what my wife calls, a beard like a billy goat. In other words, it's quite rough and bristly (on a good day). I've only been using the Scotch Porter beard conditioner for about a week, but the change in my beard is so significant that I couldn't wait to share my opinion of it. My beard is now soft and manageable after only a few uses and it has a very pleasant scent to it. The difference is so noticeable that even my wife says it "looks really good" and has even run her hands through it. I will continue to use the Scotch Porter beard conditioner because it is the first product I've ever used that could tame my beast of a beard.

This is quality stuff. I used another conditioner before this but it wasn't as good. This stuff made my bear soft and it is easy to apply. I use maybe double the recommended amount because I have extremely curly hair and it still blends well. Smells good and this size lasts a long time.

I have a large, hard to control, wild beard. This beard conditioner softened, smoothed, detangled and gave me the control over my beard that other beard conditioners do not come close to doing. It has been so good for my skin I haven't used any beard oil in over a year.This was by far the best beard conditioner that WAS on the market. I say was because Scotch Porter discontinued this formula and replaced it with a different beard conditioner in a squeeze tube.I have gone through many beard conditioners before this and none come close to how game changing this was.I am saddened that I only have a few jars of this formula left. I hope Scotch Porter decides to re-release this formula down the line. I would pay double for it!

All though the price is pretty steep compared to other beard conditioners, this beard conditioner doesnt have a chemically aroma or smell to it like some beard condioners have. It has that fresh out of the barber shop smell, if you can image what that smells like. All in all, this poduct will do exactly what you want it to. It will soften and condition your beard without striping your beard of those precious natural oils. It will also help with beard shedding if you suffer from it.Hope this helps anyone who is curious about this product.

Love the product, after three uses, my beard feels far softer and better than ever. The biggest drawback for me is that it comes in a jar and not a bottle or tube. Using a jar in the shower is no easy task. Water can easily get into the jar which will dilute the product, it is hard to get the cap on and off in wet condition and once I got a dollop on my hand ready to use, I dropped the jar trying to put top back on (to help prevent water getting into the jar while showering) and lost half the product which cost $20. $10 literally "down the drain"

I give this product 5 stars because it works really well and well worth the price. The headline is going to refer to the packaging and the state it can be in when receiving it. First ordering had no issues second time about 25% oozed out so prepare for that being a possibility. Honestly after using the product I'm a life long customer I have a beard that's about 2 years of length so I need a decent portion. Super hydrating and the smell is subtle and enjoyable.
